What is MELT?
The MELT Method is the very first Hands-off Bodywork® method developed for the general public as a self-care tool to prevent and relieve chronic pain. It uses specialized soft body rollers and small MELT Hand and Foot Balls to stimulate the results of manual therapy.

Who is Mariette?
I am a MELT certified instructor who came across this technique while trying to heal my body and especially my core after cancer surgeries. I have been studying yoga and Pilates since the 1990s and MELT was the game changer in my core recovery (as well as helping me heal other chronic injuries.) I became an instructor so that I could help others to also learn this powerful method of fascial reconnection and rehydration.
